Our client is a leading manufacturer of plastics in the country.
The purpose of this role is to provide leadership to the field sales force and drive brilliant execution of Sales and Trade Marketing activations.
1.Customer and Trade Development – including KD, Wholesale and Retail Expansion
2. Field Sales / Trade Strategy Definition – including implementation and evaluation
3. Delivering agreed profitable commercial objectives: budget, financial management (including receivables), distribution, visibility, promotions
4. Full integration of the trade and commercial structure across business and product portfolio – including product prioritisation by customer
5. Building sales force capability via embedding coaching as a way of life within the field sales organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
Graduate with 10-15 years commercial expertise gained across Trade / Customer Management (exposure to Consumer Marketing may be an advantage)
Rich experience in Distributor and Retail Development
Experienced in managing large, remote teams
A highly motivational coach and leader
Excellent People Management Skills
Great communication skills –written and verbal
*Based in HQ- expected to spend minimum 50 % time on Field
